The hotel was absolutely charming, really enjoyed city view from our queen room. The staff were affable and helpful and knew how to help. The location was particularly good in centre, minutes from Sebastianskapelle. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the property.

The location couldn't be better, as it is right in the centre of the square and just a short walk from the palace. Being able to explore the area and visit various restaurants and shops made my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy for me to relax and get a good night's sleep.

What a fantastic place to spend New Year's Eve! We were impressed by the friendly staff, who gave us earplugs as they warned us about the noise from the New Year's fireworks. The central location was also a plus, as we could easily join the crowd and celebrate with them. We greatly enjoyed the clean and safe parking facilities. Plus, we were surprised by the complimentary breakfast and discovered that the food was exceptional and healthy.

If you arrive by car, parking can be a bit difficult and scarce. We had to park a bit further away from the hotel, but walking around the beautiful surroundings of the city was an experience we won't forget.
